Marriage and Family Therapy has been the most impactful and rewarding career choice. I have deep empathy, compassion, and a genuine desire to make a difference in people's lives. Showing up as my authentic, straightforward, relatable self in sessions with my clients helps me find the most authentic parts of my client.
My specialization is training in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), complex trauma counseling, and working alongside you through underlying and challenging experiences. I am passionate about working with first responders, emergency providers, and veterans.
Postpartum adjustment has a soft spot in my heart. Helping mothers to navigate the life transition and the balance of #MomLife, because I know that internal struggle all too well, as a mom of 2! Creating a safe and supportive environment for my clients, where they can freely express their thoughts and emotions without fear of judgment.
My career as a clinician offers countless opportunities to impact individuals, families, and my community positively. I have the privilege of witnessing personal growth and transformation, helping clients develop coping strategies, and fostering a sense of empowerment and self-acceptance.

“It is only when we take chances, when our lives improve. The initial and the most difficult risk that we need to take is to become honest.”
"Sometimes finding who you are,
requires you to lose who you thought you were."
