Lillian is passionate about helping teens, young adults, and individuals navigate life’s challenges and uncover their inner strengths. She supports clients through struggles with self-esteem, identity exploration, relationship concerns, life transitions, and disordered eating, creating a safe and supportive space where they can work toward healing and personal growth.

Lillian’s heart for inclusivity shines in her work with clients from all walks of life. She has a unique ability to meet people where they are, offering a judgment-free space for exploration and understanding. Whether working with individuals of faith, members of the LGBTQIA+ community, or those seeking a greater sense of belonging, Lillian believes in honoring and celebrating each person’s values, beliefs, and differences.

Her approach to therapy is collaborative and tailored to each client’s unique needs, blending warmth with practical tools to help clients gain clarity, build confidence, and create meaningful change. Whether navigating big life transitions, addressing self-doubt, or seeking to deepen relationships, Lillian is committed to helping clients find balance and connection.

With additional training in sexual health, Lillian also works with individuals and couples looking to address sexual woundedness, overcome barriers to intimacy, and build stronger emotional and physical connections in their relationships. Her approach is compassionate and practical, helping clients explore sensitive topics with care and openness.

When not in the office, Lillian enjoys exploring Nashville’s vibrant restaurant and music scene, finding balance on her yoga mat, and staying curious by learning new things to enhance her counseling practice. Whether you’re feeling stuck, seeking connection, or looking for support in a complex area of life, Lillian is ready to walk alongside you on your journey.
