Lindsay’s experience in social work has allowed her to work with people from diverse backgrounds and has aided her ability to meet clients where they are while providing them with hope and support. Seeing the benefit that therapy had in her own life she had the desire to create a safe and healing space for others. Whether you are working through trauma, relationship struggles, grief, life adjustments, anxiety, depression, or the overall stress that life can bring; Lindsay is honored to walk alongside you in your journey towards healing and growth. Lindsay strives to be a safe space for her clients to feel seen, heard, validated, encouraged, and empowered to grow and become their more authentic selves while providing them the tools to do so. Lindsay often takes a holistic approach with her clients, focusing on their mental, spiritual, and physical well-being knowing that these things all have an impact on each other.

With further training in Emotionally- Focused Therapy, Trauma-informed Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Somatic Interventions, Lindsay provides a safe and supportive environment for clients to connect with themselves or each other and explore thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.
