“Your emotional pain won’t last forever but it will wait forever. Disconnecting delays both healing and growth.”

 – Dr. Anita Phillips

Morgan enjoys working with individuals and couples through relationship issues that are impacting their life. She believes it is a gift to sit with her clients as they unpack the patterns that led them to where they are today. She has a passion for guiding her clients to becoming fully integrated versions of themselves.

Morgan primarily uses an Emotionally-Focused Therapy approach and believes that “all emotion makes sense.” Her goal as a therapist is to create a space where her clients feel comfortable to dig into the messy parts of the healing journey together.

Morgan believes that everyone’s healing journey looks different. She believes there is not a “one size fits all” approach to therapy, but rather, an individualized approach for each client. Whether a client is looking to begin their therapeutic journey to set short-term goals, unpack relational trauma, or increase their emotional regulation skills, she is ready to begin this journey with you.

Having her own experience within a first responder family, she has a heart for working with first responders and first responder family members. She understands the complexity of growing up in this environment and has a desire to break the stigma around first responders seeking mental health counseling. Morgan believes in holistic counseling for each client, using a blend of Emotionally-Focused Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Somatic Therapy.

Morgan is a Hendersonville native who loves a good cup of coffee, spending time outdoors, reading on her Kindle, and spending time with the people she loves.

Morgan is under the clinical supervision of Nicole Heckel, LMFT (License No. 1691)

Site Supervisor is Jinny Glasco, LCSW.
