Areas of Focus

Paul’s journey into counseling follows a career in corporate management where he worked with industry leaders in the Department of Defense, IT, and manufacturing. This experience provided him valuable insights into the pressures and challenges that can arise in the professional world, offering a unique perspective on work-life balance, stress management, and personal development.​

Paul works with both individuals and couples looking to improve relationships and create deeper more meaningful connection. He utilizes attachment-based approaches to help couples reconnect and experience themselves and their partners in a new way. Paul also has experience in an outpatient setting working with individuals and family members of those struggling with addiction. Whether it’s relationship struggles, addiction/recovery, anxiety, depression, men’s issues, Paul creates an inviting environment to discover the meaning in the struggle on your way back to connection.

Outside of the counseling room Paul is a husband and father of 4. He enjoys singing, playing guitar, and making music with friends and family. You might also find him playing in an adult soccer league around town.
