Katie uses a feminist approach to understand how the roles we take on (or are put into) have an effect on our anxiety, stress, overwhelm, irritability - all of it! She takes a REALISTIC approach at how to place some of the focus back onto you with coping skills that are easy to implement into your already busy life to show yourself - YOU matter too!
Then, digging into understanding more about you - through an attachment theory lens and cognitive behavioral therapy or through processing trauma using EMDR.
