Alex is a former New Hampshirite and East Nashvillian turned Hendersonviller. Former barista and tour manager turned marriage and family therapist. Alex wants to help you turn your life into the self-actualized version that you want it to be!

His ideal clients are individuals that are struggling in a distressed relationships or teens who need guidance navigating life’s many stresses.Given his time as tour manager and music analyst, he also specializes in working with people from the music industry, along with many years of experience working members of the LGBTQ+ community on their journey of acceptance and love.

He implements ACT and Solution-focused therapies. With his years of experience, his heart is to see people make progress through acceptance and committed action, while finding out practical solutions that will work for them as individuals. 

When he's not working, you can find him hanging with family, watching the Boston Red Sox, or at your local record stores, adding to his collection of over 1,000 vinyl records that he’s been collecting since he was 16.
