Katie uses a feminist approach to understand how the roles we take on (or are put into) have an effect on our anxiety, stress, overwhelm, irritability - all of it! She takes a REALISTIC approach at how to place some of the focus back onto you with coping skills that are easy to implement into your already busy life to show yourself - YOU matter too!

Then, digging into understanding more about you - through an attachment theory lens and cognitive behavioral therapy or through processing trauma using EMDR.

Lindsay has a passion for working with women as they navigate challenging life adjustments, such as mother hood, relational distress, career shifts, divorce and divorce adjustment, co-parenting, and fertility. As women we are taught at a very young age to care for those around us and leave little to no room for ourselves. Lindsay loves to give her clients the space to show up fully: emotions, grief, celebrations, challenges and all.

To speak, and be heard.

To find your voice and advocate for yourself while still having compassion for those around you.

These are some things that are a natural byproduct of your time in working with Kristen.

She is passionate about working with her clients through challenging life adjustments, relational distress, intimate partner violence, divorce & divorce adjustment, blended families, co-parenting, religious trauma, anxiety, depression, and codependency.

Nicole has worked in the mental health field for over 15 years. She strives to provide a safe and compassionate space that allows you to process challenges and move through them with understanding and acceptance.

She specializes in treating trauma (EMDR I & II certified), grief, addiction, codependency, fertility/women's issues, adoption, families, and relational distress.

Julie Flannagan, LMFT

Being in my early 50’s I have experienced many changes in my body hormonally. I have experienced childbirth, miscarriages, polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS), Perimenopause and finally menopause. I feel that my personal experience has given me the ability to relate and have compassion for women who are currently experiencing whatever stage of life they are in.

I use a holistic approach to treat the whole woman. We are a lot more than our hormones. I also use a strength-based approach to empower women through their changing bodies. Honestly, women are truly superheroes in what our bodies can do at any stage of life. I would love to work with you to unleash your strengths!

Becky and her amazing gift of tenderness and sneaky sarcastic humor, opens the door for other women to show up with your messy bun, sweatpants, hot tea, and pet hair everywhere, and know you are right where you are supposed to be.

From navigating motherhood, caring for your aging parents, codependency, perimenopause, fertility issues and maternal loss, she brings her whole heart into her space to invite you into your story to help find your way through.

Becky Kimbrough, LMFT

As a wife, mother of four, and business owner, I understand (haven't mastered) the challenges women face in balancing roles and well-being. My approach helps you tune into your body’s natural rhythms,  recognizing how hormonal shifts impact mood, relationships with our partners and others, overall mental health, and general daily living!

Whether you’re navigating motherhood, perimenopause, or life post-menopause, I guide you in working with your body, not against it. Through evidence-based strategies and a holistic approach, we’ll help you embrace who you are and create healthier relationships—with yourself and those around you.

Lauren loves working with women facing the challenges of the relationship pains, navigating divorce and coparenting, and the process of redefining themselves.

Much of Lauren's career has centered around her work with males and first responders through their trauma. In as much she has found that her ability to connect the masculine and the feminine energy, even when only one person is in the room, can be lifegiving. Being able to find forgiveness within and for others, and navigate the process of healing in YOU first.

Nicole has navigated many personal roads as a wife, therapist, and mother, and brings a heart of understanding and empathy to those navigating fertility issues, maternal loss and the trauma and residual anxiety that can follow.
With her EMDR and trauma informed approach as well as calm and accepting presence, she brings a safety to the room that allows all of you to show up. Flaws and all. Perfection can rest in the lobby while she helps you lean into the beauty of your "flaws."
