After more than ten years in the corporate world, Ashlee realized her deepest calling is in the profound work of helping individuals, couples, and families connect, heal, and build more fulfilling lives. As she completes her Master's in Marriage and Family Therapy, she feels fortunate to walk alongside clients on their unique journeys.

Ashlee's therapeutic approach is built on warmth, collaboration, and recognizing inherent strengths. She draws from Systemic thinking, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Bowenian Family Systems theory to help clients understand patterns keeping them stuck and foster new ways of relating. Ashlee strives to create a safe, non-judgmental space where vulnerability is welcome, and each client's unique story can unfold.

As a mother to a son with special needs, Ashlee has a deep, personal understanding and passion for supporting families navigating the specific joys and complexities related to special needs. Her areas of focus also include helping individuals and families heal from Trauma (including Childhood and Religious Trauma), supporting those undergoing Religious Deconstruction/Reconstruction, managing Depression and ADHD, and working through challenging Family Relationship Issues.

Ashlee's own life journey has taught her about the courage needed to face complex challenges and the profound resilience of the human spirit; she believes healing and growth are possible, even when things feel overwhelming. Whether clients are seeking individual support, relationship strengthening, or help navigating family challenges, they can expect a therapeutic environment grounded in respect, empathy, and genuine curiosity. Together with Ashlee, they can work towards building healthier patterns and discovering pathways toward the connection and well-being they desire.

Outside of the therapy room, Ashlee recharges by spending quality time with her family and friends, baking, reading, hiking, traveling, and enjoying a good movie at home.
