Elizabeth is a South Carolina native who relocated to Nashville to study at Trevecca Nazarene University for both her bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a Counseling focus, as well as Trevecca's Marriage and Family Therapy Master's program.

Elizabeth believes that connection is essential to healing, so she strives to create an atmosphere where people feel safe, supported, and heard. As humans, our patterns and stories shape who we are, and she aims to empower everyone to explore the themes that might be present. Embracing your authentic self, when combined with brave vulnerability and a non-judgemental environment, can lead to emotional healing. Wherever you are in your journey, she would be honored to walk alongside you.

Outside of the therapy office, Elizabeth enjoys playing with her dog, reading a good fantasy novel, and coloring while watching sitcoms with her husband.

Elizabeth is under the supervision of Mandy Middleton, LMFT.
Site Supervisor is Joanna Dixon, LMFT.
